Shipping policy

Order Process: Most orders are shipped within 10-14 days after your order is placed depending on your order quantity size. We do offer a Rush Order option with an additional fee of $20 for orders needed within 1 week. (Please inquire before purchasing Rush Order Service) Orders of 500 or more may take longer. Jenny Bee's Party On A Budget will try to ship out your order as soon as possible. Orders already placed cannot be refunded. You will receive a tracking number once items are shipped by USPS/UPS/ FedEx or other Transporation lines. After we provide the tracking number. Please be patient if your package gets lost, we will do our best to help solve the issue. Delivery Delay may occur due to COVID-19 or severe weather conditions.

Please Note: We cannot ship to a P.O box address. Please send us a correct postage acceptable address to ensure your package delivery is successful.
